What is Driftwood?
Driftwood is floating weathered wood from tress that have been washed into the sea. The wood, in whole or part, is is washed ashore on the beach and is usually a greyish color bleached from the sun. It can also be found near lakes and rivers.

Driftwood is often used to decorate inside or outside. It really adds a neat touch if you’re looking for something marine or rustic.
Provides shelter and food for birds, fish and other aquatic species as it floats in the ocean.
Is known to become the foundation for sand dunes.
Can be the remains of wooden ships and boats.
Many people use driftwood as parts of decorative furniture or other art forms, and it is a popular element in the scenery of fish tanks.
